Payout After Completion for Bookings
On a service marketplace the customer pays when they book, often weeks before the session. Until now the seller's share went out on the normal payout schedule, whether or not the session ever happened. If a coach did not show up, you were refunding money that had already left your platform.
Turn on Payout after completion and the seller's share stays in your Stripe balance until the session is over. When it ends, the customer gets an email and a prompt in My Bookings to confirm it went fine or report a problem. If they confirm, the seller is paid right away. If they don't answer, the seller is paid automatically after a waiting period you choose (3 days by default, 1 to 30). A reported problem waits for you to release or refund.

A block of weekly lessons pays out lesson by lesson. If a session is moved, its release date moves with it.
“Payout held” with the release date on each booking, and an email when it is released. You can release any held payout yourself at any time.
It applies to paid time-slot bookings on Stripe Connect and to new payments only. Pay-in-person, free bookings and date-range stays are paid as before.
In Store Settings → Booking → Payout after completion. If your store charges in a different currency from your Stripe account's own, leave it off. The docs explain why. Booking payments docs
Stock per Option (Sizes, Colours)
A listing's price options used to share one stock number. That works for a print in three frame colours, but not for a t-shirt with two Smalls and no Mediums left. The listing said 8 in stock, and a buyer could order the Medium that did not exist.
Sellers can now tick Track stock per option under Price Options and give each option its own count. The listing's Stock field becomes the read-only total. Buyers see how many of each option are left, sold-out options are struck through, and the quantity stops at what the picked option has.
The seller counts each option, the buyer sees what is left
Price Options
Stock quantity: 8 · the total of your options

Small has 3 left, so the plus button stops at 3. Medium is sold out and cannot be picked.
The cart and checkout check the option, not the listing total. A sale takes the units off the option that was bought, and the listing only shows as sold out when every option is at 0.
Every listing type with Price Variants and the Stock field gets the checkbox, off by default per listing. Bulk import reads per-option stock from the variants column.

Sellers in Different Time Zones
A coaching marketplace run from Denver with coaches in Denver and Vancouver had one problem. Every booking rule ran on one clock, so advance-notice deadlines, which of today's slots had already started, when a held payout was released and the time in a calendar invite were all worked out in the wrong zone for half the coaches.
First, the store's session time zone now drives today's slots, started slots and calendar invites everywhere. Then turn on Let sellers set their own time zone, and each seller picks theirs under Settings in their dashboard. Their deadlines, payouts and invites follow it. Customers see the times as the seller entered them, with the zone named when it differs from yours. Times are never converted, because the customer goes where the session happens.
Marketplace time zone: Mountain Time
Select Time for September 24, 2026
Deadlines, payouts and invites: Mountain Time
Select Time for September 24, 2026
Times are in Pacific Time
Deadlines, payouts and invites: Pacific Time
Both lessons show 9:00 AM, the time the coach entered. The label only appears when the coach's zone differs from the marketplace's.
Sellers who don't pick a zone use the marketplace zone, and each booking keeps the zone it was made in, so a seller changing theirs later never moves existing bookings.

Stripe Webhook Setup in One Click
The Stripe Connect webhook was the step most owners got stuck on. You had to copy a URL into Stripe, pick Connected accounts rather than Your account, tick five events, then copy the signing secret back. Get one of those wrong and seller onboarding quietly stopped updating.
Now step 2 of the Stripe Connect setup has a Set up webhook for me button. Prometora uses the secret key you already saved to create the webhook with the right scope and all five events, and stores its signing secret. The step turns green and shows Working.
Store Settings → Payments → Stripe Connect
Connected accounts · 5 events · signing secret saved
Fix it for me creates a correct webhook and removes the old ones that point to Prometora. Other webhooks in your Stripe account are never touched, and it asks before replacing anything. Test and live mode each have their own webhook, so click once more after switching to live keys. With a restricted key (rk_...) that can't manage webhooks, the manual steps are still there.

More Improvements
Other things shipped this week.
- The listing approval queue was rebuilt for backlogs. Approve, reject, publish or delete in bulk, with select-all covering everything behind the current filter. Sort the queue (oldest first for review), filter it to one seller by clicking their name, and preview the whole listing before deciding - dates, capacity, location or stock, whatever that listing type has. Rejecting asks for a reason first, and a seller whose batch you approve or reject gets one email, not one per listing. The queue now pages on the server, so a store with thousands of listings loads as fast as one with ten
- Seller badges from signup answers. A dropdown, multi-select or checkbox field on your seller signup form can hand out a badge, so sellers who answer 'Business' show a 'Business seller' badge. The answer decides the badge both ways, and manual and Stripe-verified badges are never touched. Signup Form docs
- When you or your sellers edit a listing, the save bar stays in view while you scroll and the listing-type picker folds away once chosen. In your own edit view, leaving with unsaved changes asks first, and you can approve or reject a pending listing without going back to the queue
- On the listings page, the category pills and the desktop filter sidebar stay in view while buyers scroll, when they fit on the screen
- Listing-type pills are one swipeable row on phones instead of wrapping onto several lines
- Bookings get a shared Test badge and a Live/Test filter, and the revenue and commission cards count live money only, with test payments shown underneath
- Changing a quantity in the cart updates at once, with a spinner while it saves
- Buyers and sellers can now attach Word (.docx) files to messages
- Settings search (⌘K) now finds about 45 more settings, such as message attachments, prohibited words, payout release and session time zone
Bug Fixes
Bug fixes shipped this week.
- Google and Facebook signups now respect the role picked on the signup form and stores that only take sellers, instead of always creating a buyer
- A required terms checkbox on the signup form is now enforced on the server too, and the acceptance time is recorded
- Custom CSS added to a page in the visual editor now shows on the live site, not only in the editor
- The contact form only sends to the recipients your store has set up
- After switching from Stripe test keys to live keys, sellers' test-mode Stripe accounts are unlinked so they can connect for real, and you can remove a test connection yourself
- Unpaid purchase requests made with test keys now show as Test
