New Add-On: iOS & Android Apps for Your Marketplace

Your marketplace can now live on the App Store and Google Play - under your own brand, with your own icon on your buyers' home screens. These are real native apps with push notifications wired to what actually happens in your marketplace: new orders, shipping updates, messages, and custom offers.

Because the app renders your real storefront, everything your store does works in the app from day one - checkout, messaging, bookings - and stays in sync with your web store automatically. We handle the technical work end to end: app design from your brand, both store listings, submission to Apple and Google, and ongoing updates. Your part takes about an hour, and your apps are typically live in both stores in 2-4 weeks.

Change something once - it's live on web, iOS, and Android at the same moment. No separate app catalog, no app store re-approval when your store changes.

The Mobile App add-on is available on the Professional plan and up: $999 one-time launch fee + $149/month. See the full breakdown - what the apps include, how launch works, and pricing - on the feature page, and book a launch call if you want your marketplace in the stores.

Email Log: Every Email Your Marketplace Sends, With Delivery Status

β€œDid my buyer actually get the order confirmation?” You can now answer that yourself. A new Email Log tab in Store Settings (under Data) lists every email your marketplace has sent - order confirmations, shipping updates, review requests, seller approvals, payout notices, booking emails, and dozens more - searchable by recipient and filterable by type, status, and time window.

Each email carries inbox-level delivery status, not just β€œsent”: Delivered, Bounced (with the reason the receiving mail server gave), Delayed, Not delivered, or Marked as spam. And every entry has a copyable support reference ID - paste it when you contact us and we can jump straight to the exact send.

A bounced review request is a fix, not a mystery.

The Email Log is available on the Business plan and up, and team members can be granted access with a new staff permission.

More Improvements

Other things shipped this week.

Improvements This Week
  • Seller subscriptions grew a full billing suite: yearly plans, an optional one-time signup fee, coupon codes managed straight from the Subscriptions tab, VAT on subscription invoices (with an inclusive/exclusive choice), and the seller checkout now renders in your storefront's language
  • Per-listing overage billing: give each plan a lifetime free-listing allowance, set a price per extra listing (added automatically to the seller's next subscription invoice), and gift extra listing tokens to individual sellers
  • Shipmondo shipping labels: sellers can print GLS, PostNord, dao, and Bring labels for paid orders through one Shipmondo account, with tracking auto-filled - and you can optionally bill the label cost to the seller's subscription invoice
  • Abandoned booking recovery: bookings stuck at Awaiting Payment get a one-click "Send Payment Reminder" in the owner booking overview, and buyers can finish checkout themselves from My Bookings
  • Owners now receive notification emails for new bookings, and awaiting-payment bookings are clearly badged in the booking overview

Bug Fixes

Bug fixes shipped this week.

Fixes This Week
  • Multi-day experiences now show "(4-day experience)" instead of "(4 nights)" in the seller's bookings list, and admin booking views count days and participants rather than nights and guests
  • A commission saved as 0% now displays correctly in store settings - checkout always charged the right amount, the display fell back to the 10% default
  • The buyer-approval setting on a listing no longer resets when the owner edits that listing
  • The plan add/edit form now opens directly under the plans table instead of further down the page
  • Prices in the seller plan picker and plans table now format according to the storefront locale
