Attach Images & PDFs to Messages
Buyers and sellers can now attach files to their messages - condition photos before a rental, a signed contract, a quote, an invoice, or the finished deliverable itself - without leaving the conversation or pasting links to external file-sharing sites. Each message can carry up to 5 files at 10 MB each: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and PDF. Images render as thumbnails right in the thread; PDFs show as file chips both parties can open. And it works in every conversation, including pre-purchase chat - not just after a transaction exists.
It's opt-in per marketplace: flip on "Allow file attachments in messages" under Store Settings → Listing Form → Buyer & Messaging Settings, and both parties instantly get a paperclip button in every conversation. Files are stored privately and served through expiring secure links that only the two people in the conversation (and you, via the Moderation panel) can open - and only safe file types are accepted, so executables and scripts are rejected automatically. The whole feature ships translated in all 6 storefront languages from day one.
Here are photos of the item's condition before pickup.
Perfect, thanks! Here's the signed agreement.
Private storage, expiring links, safe file types only.
Most Viewed Listings: Spot the Traffic That Isn't Converting
Store analytics has a new Most Viewed Listings table, ranked purely by views with Sales and Revenue alongside. The existing Top Performing Listings table is sales-ranked, which meant a listing with plenty of traffic but zero sales never appeared anywhere on the owner side. Now it does - and that's exactly the listing worth a closer look: is the price off, are the photos weak, is the description missing something? The sales columns are dimmed when they're zero, so the views-but-no-sales listings stand out at a glance.
2,244 views and no sales? That listing just told you where to look.
