Per-Seller Commission Rate
Pro & BusinessYou can now set a custom commission rate for each individual seller in your marketplace. This is perfect for giving early sellers a better deal, incentivizing top performers, or running promotional rates — all while keeping a default rate for everyone else.
- Set a custom commission percentage for any individual seller
- Default marketplace rate still applies to all other sellers
- Override is set from the Sellers & Vendors page in Store Settings
- Great for rewarding early adopters or top performers
- Available on Pro and Business plans
Per-Listing Shipping Cost
BusinessSellers can now set a specific shipping cost on each listing. If a listing doesn't have a custom shipping cost, the marketplace's flat-rate shipping price is used as the fallback. This gives sellers precise control over shipping fees for items of different sizes and weights.
- New optional "Shipping Cost" field on the listing creation form
- Per-listing cost takes priority over the marketplace flat rate
- Works seamlessly with the shopping cart for multi-item orders
- 100% of shipping revenue goes to the seller (no platform fee)
- Available on the Business plan
Service Pricing Model
A new pricing model designed for home service marketplaces. Sellers can now set prices per service type — for example, "$50/hour for cleaning" or "$150 flat rate for plumbing". This makes it much easier to build marketplaces for services like cleaning, tutoring, fitness, repairs, and more.
- New "Service" listing type alongside Products and Bookings
- Flexible pricing: per hour, per session, or flat rate
- Buyers book and pay through the standard checkout flow
- Perfect for home services, tutoring, fitness, and freelance marketplaces
Seller Receipt PDF Download
Sellers can now download a professional PDF receipt for any sale directly from their dashboard. Each receipt includes the marketplace logo, order details, buyer information, seller business address, and a complete price breakdown. Receipts are also automatically emailed to buyers after payment.
Seller CSV Export
Sellers can now export their sales history as a CSV file directly from the My Sales page. The export includes all order details — item name, buyer info, price, fees, net earnings, booking number, and dates. Great for bookkeeping and tax reporting.
- One-click CSV download from the seller dashboard
- Includes all order data: item, buyer, price, fees, net earnings
- Booking numbers and Stripe Payment Intent IDs included
- Perfect for accounting, tax filing, and record keeping
CSV Listing Import
BusinessBulk-import listings into your marketplace via CSV file. Each row in the CSV becomes a listing — with support for images (automatically re-uploaded to S3), custom fields, categories, and seller assignment. Perfect for migrating from another platform or loading a large catalog in one go.
URL Redirects (301 & 302)
BusinessSet up permanent (301) or temporary (302) URL redirects for your marketplace. This is essential for SEO when you rename pages or restructure your site — old URLs will automatically forward visitors to the correct page instead of showing a 404 error.
- Create 301 (permanent) or 302 (temporary) redirects
- Manage all redirects from Store Settings
- Preserve SEO value when restructuring or renaming pages
- Prevent broken links and 404 errors for your visitors
- Available on the Business plan
5 New Owner Email Notifications
Marketplace owners can now receive email notifications for key events in the order lifecycle. Each notification type can be individually toggled on or off from Store Settings.
Buyer Management
A new Buyers page in your owner dashboard lets you see all registered buyers, search by name or email, filter by status, and blacklist problematic users. This gives you better visibility and control over who is buying on your marketplace.
Calendar View for Bookings
Sellers with booking-type listings now have a visual calendar view on their Manage Bookings page. Switch between week and month views to see all upcoming bookings at a glance. Much easier than scrolling through a list when you have a busy schedule.
- Week and month calendar views for booked appointments
- Visual overview of all upcoming bookings
- Click any booking to see full details
- Toggle between calendar and list view
