AI generations are credits used when you ask Prometora's AI to create or modify content for your marketplace. Each of these actions uses 1 generation:

• Generating a new page (homepage, about, contact, etc.)
• Redesigning a section or component with AI
• Rewriting or creating content using AI
• Building AI-powered marketplace sections

Your monthly generations refresh on your billing date. If you need more, you can purchase add-on packs (10 for $5, 35 for $12, or 75 for $18) that never expire and are used before your monthly allowance.

No worries—your marketplace keeps running normally. You just won't be able to use AI-powered creation tools until your next billing cycle or until you purchase an add-on pack.

You can always make manual edits to your marketplace without using any generations. AI generations are only consumed when you specifically use AI to generate or redesign content.

Transaction fees are a small percentage we charge on sales processed through your marketplace:

• Starter: 2% per transaction
• Professional: 1.5% per transaction
• Business: 1% per transaction
• Enterprise: Custom (negotiable)

The fee is calculated on the transaction amount and is automatically deducted when payments are processed through Stripe. This is in addition to Stripe's own payment processing fees (typically ~2.9% + $0.30).

Example: On a $100 sale with the Business plan, Prometora's fee is $1. Stripe's fee would be approximately $3.20. Your seller receives $95.80.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard.

• Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
• Downgrading: Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll keep your current plan's features until then.

Your data, listings, and users are preserved when changing plans. Note that some features (like custom domains) are only available on higher tiers.

If you're not satisfied with Prometora within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund—no questions asked.

This applies to your subscription fee. Transaction fees on completed sales are non-refundable, as those transactions have already been processed.
