Alternative Coffee

An SCA Authorised Specialty Coffee Trainer across all modules, Q Instructor and certified Q Arabica Grader, with over 10 years experience. She supports BAM farmers, roasters, cafés, churches, nonprofits and community projects through practical training, consultancy and coffee quality evaluation. Her vocational training and experiential programmes equip people with practical skills while building confidence and connection across cultures, using sensory, play and social games to explore life, identity, justice and compassion. Training is available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
